IT organizations are increasingly focusing on direct business value creation. Artificial intelligence has appeared on the radar of most IT leaders, with many experimenting with it or planning its implementation. At the same time, finding and retaining skilled IT professionals remains one of the biggest challenges for IT leaders—this was one of the key findings of the ORB:IT 2025 survey, conducted for the first time at the end of last year in collaboration between IR:IS and ITBUSINESS.
