Circles of Hungarian national arrested in the U.S. likely received hundreds of thousands of euros from Hungarian state in Russia
Between 2019 and March 2023, a Moscow-based company named Torgoviy Dom Venrus Trade had a contract with the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency, which operates under the auspices of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry. The Russian company is linked to the circles of the Hungarian national recently arrested in the US on charges of smuggling.
