European Commission sends second letter to Hungarian government about visa relaxation applicable to Russians too
The EU Home Affairs Commissioner said that there were two issues that the Hungarian government's first response did not clarify. The Hungarian EU Affairs Minister was not allowed to participate in the debate, but he says that the programme does not pose a security risk.
