Concept of collective guilt unacceptable in today's Europe – Gulyás on Beneš Decrees

In the context of a recent Slovak amendment relating to the questioning of the decrees, the minister also said that good neighbourly relations mean nothing if not accompanied by respect for the Hungarian minorities living in neighbouring countries.
