Hungarian law conflating homosexuals with pedophiles infringes EU law, Advocate General of CJEU says

A total of 15 governments have now joined the European Commission in the lawsuit at the Court of Justice of the EU. The opinion of the Advocate General usually foreshadows what the final ruling will be.
