What does a legal operations manager do?
Legal as a business - the organisation of legal services along business lines - is becoming increasingly widespread. The key player in this approach is the legal operations manager, a role which has emerged in Anglo-Saxon countries since the early 2010s. Although the rise of legal tech has given a new impetus, most organisations in Europe do not yet have a dedicated role. However, there are some firms that have a legal operations department.
