Tisza has won. What happens next in Hungary until the new government is formed?

The President must convene the inaugural session of the new parliament by May 12, at which time he will propose a candidate for prime minister. Until then, the government’s scope of action remains unrestricted, and the Fidesz-controlled parliament can still pass any legislation. However, a two-thirds Tisza majority can subsequently repeal these laws.
